I have photographed couples that have been together for years, decades even, but it is rare that I get a chance to photograph a couple that grew up together. Brittany and Matthew have been together since they were teenagers and if you haven’t, make sure to check out their engagement sneak peek that tells the story about how they met – Small Town Love – A Fairy Tale Story.

It was so obvious through the whole day that I was not just photographing a bride and groom, I was photographing 2 best friends that could not be more excited to marry one another. Brittany was one of the most giggly and giddy brides I have ever seen though her ceremony, it was so adorable to see the excitement bubbling out of her! And Matthew was just as excited.

Some highlights of Brittany and Matthew’s wedding was their beautiful venue, The Vista on Seward Hill, the elegant and delicious cake from Sweet Treets Bakery, and the flowers and catering by Sterling Affairs.

One of my favorite moments of the evening was when one of the flower girls, the groom’s sister, starting crying during the ceremony and collapsed in his chest after the ceremony.

The Parish and Snow families were so sweet to work with and I loved capturing this couple’s fairy tail day! Another huge congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Snow and thank you so much for allowing me to capture your sweet story!
